Welcoming a Baby!
We are excited to join Ashley in announcing her upcoming maternity leave. Her last day of work will be Saturday, December 28th, 2019. So, what is happening with your health information? Firstly, as part of our legal obligation as regulated health practitioners, we are required to keep your health information safely on file for 10 years after your last appointment with us (or 10 years after you turn 18 years old).
If you are a physiotherapy client, your files will remain with Michael Newbigging, who can be reached at newbiggingphysio@gmail.com.
If you are an infrared laser client, your files will remain with Margaret Eggleton, who can be reached at marg.a.eggleton@gmail.com.
All other files, including most predominantly massage therapy clients, will remain with Seana Collins Mander (who is our health information custodian).
